Gallery Group

The Gallery Group was established in 2000 offering advertising, communications, branding, digital, public relations and promotional services. With offices in Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast the company has been expanding rapidly. The Gallery Group first approached Instinct Systems in 2001 after their accountant suggested they look into the benefits of JobBag. Once installed the software solution gave the company control over their job costing process. It also gave them insight into how their business was running and where they needed help. The company now has 43 users across four locations around Australia and all information is available to be shared through the network the software has provided. Jay McAlister of the Gallery Group says he could see the benefits of the JobBag system from the start.

When we installed JobBag over four years ago it was just used as an invoicing and tracking system. Since then we have incorporated JobBag over time to deliver more and more. Now, whenever we sit down to go through to financial performance of the business, we highlight more opportunities to leverage information out of the ever expanding system.
