2. Do I need a server to run MaxAsset?
No. You only need a server if you have a multi-user system. You do not need a dedicated server.
3. What services do you offer?

Support offered by phone, email and internet by professionally trained consultants. Monday to Friday- 8:30am - 5:30pm
Consultants can go on-line and enter a client's computer and actually see what's going on
Tailored training programs developed for every client to meet their unique needs as a business, which can be delivered on site, on line or in our offices.
4. Who uses MaxAsset?
It is used by the Office Manager, Operations Manager, Asset Manager or finance team
5. Can I add extra users?
Yes
6. Do I have to buy users in blocks of 5 or 10?
No - you can buy any number of users at any time
7. If I have a technical problem what do I do?
Call a consultant. Send an email. Or lodge a request via the website
8. What are your hours of operation?
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, excluding public holidays
9. Can I move my database from Mac to Windows?
Yes - simply install the appropriate software for your operating system
10. How often is the system updated?
Maintenance builds are released 2 to 3 times a year, or subject to technical requirements
